Here at JFJ we take pride in offering a beautiful range of engineered oak flooring that doesn’t have to break the bank. Our ‘Country’ range stands as a perfect example of quality flooring available on a budget. With a 3mm wear layer of genuine European Oak on the top surface and multiple layers of 100% hardwood ply beneath, the ‘Country’ range not only has the appearance of a solid oak floor but also provides the excellent stability that comes with a high-quality engineered board. Both the 150mm and 190mm wide ‘Country’ boards are 14mm thick and random length lending themselves to a traditional look and feel. By ensuring maximum yield from the tree or log, manufacturing costs are kept low. This minimal wastage allows us to offer a quality engineered oak board that has a ‘rustic grade’. All the natural flourishes, knots, colour variation and grain patterns of a solid oak floor at a fraction of the price.

If you are of the ‘lay it and leave it’ school of thought, the 150mm wide board is already treated with a natural oil, leaving you with a light golden finish. Alternatively, the wider 190mm board is untreated, presenting you with the opportunity to apply a range superior finishes once the boards have been laid. If stain resistance, longevity and ease of cleaning and maintenance is a must, there is no better way to ensure the lifespan of your engineered oak floor than treating the boards on site. Our range of Treatex opens you up to a world of potential colours and finishes, to really ensure your floor becomes a luxurious, long-lasting addition to your home.
