What's the offer?

At JFJ Wood Flooring, we love seeing how our flooring looks in real homes – not just in showrooms or sample photos, but in the spaces our customers create and live in every day.

To celebrate the launch of our new ‘Serenity’ Engineered Oak and ‘Elysian’ Herringbone ranges, we’re offering 10% cashback when you send us pictures of your new floor once it’s installed.

These photos help future customers see how our products look in real-life settings, and because they’re so valuable to us, we’re more than happy to give something back.

How it works

1. Place your order for ‘Serenity’ Oak or ‘Elysian’ Herringbone flooring before 30th September 2025

2. Once your floor is installed, take at least 3 high-quality photos

3. Upload your images via the Snap & Save Online Form before 31st March 2026.

4. We’ll review your submission and contact you within 5 working days

5. Once approved, we’ll arrange your 10% cashback

What kind of photos are required?

We appreciate that most of our clients are not going to be professional photographers – and that’s exactly what can make these images so valuable!

Real-life, authentic photos can carry far more weight than staged shoots or computer-generated visuals. We’re not looking for perfection – just honest, well-lit images that genuinely show off how our flooring looks once it’s laid in a real life home.

For your images to qualify:

At least 3 images uploaded (max of 10)
Images must be clear and in focus
Images must be a high enough resolution for us to be able to use – 1MB min file size (the average smartphone camera photo is 3-7MB). Our online form only accepts images 1-20MB, so you’d be made aware if the image was too small / large when uploading. Should there be any uncertainty with this, or you have any questions, please call to discuss.
Images must be well-lit (preferably natural daylight)
Images must be taken when flooring and skirting / beading is fully installed (furnished properties are preferable, providing the flooring is on show)
Images must be free from tools, packaging, and general clutter

Important Dates and T&C's

Eligibility:

Cashback is only available to customers who have purchased from the ‘Serenity’ Engineered Oak or ‘Elysian’ Herringbone ranges before 30th September 2025.

Photo Requirements:

A minimum of 3 high-quality, well-lit photos must be submitted. JF Joinery (SW) Ltd reserves the right to reject submissions that are low resolution, poorly lit, incomplete (e.g. floor not fully laid), or do not clearly showcase the product.

Usage Consent:

By submitting your images, you grant JF Joinery (SW) Ltd the right to use the photos in marketing materials, including website, social media, brochures, and advertising.

Cashback Approval:

Cashback is only issued after images are reviewed and approved by JF Joinery (SW) Ltd. We will contact you within 5 working days with the outcome and next steps.

One Submission Per Order:

Only one cashback claim is permitted per order.

Deadline for Submission:

Images must be submitted no later than 31st March 2026 (to allow time after the 30th Sept purchase deadline for installation and submission).

Cashback Payment:

10% cash back is calculated as 10% of the value of the flooring only. Once approved, cashback will be arranged via your chosen method (bank transfer or refund to original payment method). Processing may take up to 10 working days from approval.

Right to Withdraw or Amend Offer:

JF Joinery (SW) Ltd reserves the right to amend or end the promotion at any time.
