Using the Wood Flooring Cost Calculator
Before ordering any of our solid wood or engineered wood flooring, use our floor calculator below to give you an idea of how much you will need to budget in order to purchase the boards needed. In order to use our flooring calculator, you will need to know the total area of your wood flooring, which can be calculated with the following formula:
Room width (m) x Room Length (m) = Room area (m2)
Room Area Calculator
Floor areas come in a variety of shapes so if your floor is not rectangular we suggest that you divide the space into up to four easily measured rectangular areas. This will enable the calculator to give the best estimate of flooring area required.
Please take all measurements in metres.
Once you have this figure, select the type of wooden flooring you are considering from the drop down menu and click "Calculate Price". This will give you a total price for your wooden floor including the number of boxes required and the total area covered.
Please note, that the price provided for your solid or engineered wood floor does not include VAT, nor any additional products or consumables you may need, such as Elastion Flooring Underlay or Treatex Hardwax Oil for wooden floors.
