Our ‘Serenity’ range of engineered wood flooring is a 20mm thick board, with a 4mm wear layer. This is a great way of achieving a thick and rigid floorboard whilst saving costs by cutting back on the thickness of the timber on the top surface (the wear layer).
As with all of our engineered wood floorboards this plank is made of a high quality multi-laminate plywood core. This cross layer construction gives the boards high levels of both strength and stability and make it suitable to be used over underfloor heating systems.
American Black walnut is a truly stunning timber. The rich warm tones within the timber, combined with the contrasting swirls of paler grain patterns, create a floor with a timeless elegance suitable for both modern and traditional interiors.
